Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy innovative solutions across product lines
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with corporate vision
- Create technology roadmaps with clear milestones and ROI projections
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong experience with technology roadmapping and scenario planning
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
