Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (Web4, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Author thought leadership on industry disruption and future-proofing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough products from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Forbes, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies for R&D pipelines
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
