Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption
- Manage vendor relationships with cutting-edge tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- C-level executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
