Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong patent portfolio or published research in IEEE/Nature journals
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (FDA/ISO compliance)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain protocols
