Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation systems integrating quantum computing, AI, and IoT technologies
- Lead research initiatives in biocompatible electronics and neural interfaces
- Design scalable frameworks for autonomous swarm robotics and distributed AI networks
- Develop patent-pending solutions for carbon-negative manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with government agencies on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology best practices
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in architecting production-level quantum or AI systems
- Expertise in at least one emerging tech domain: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or fusion energy
- Strong knowledge of ISO 26000 and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design frameworks
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM) or equivalent patents
- Experience leading global R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper)
- Fluent in Mandarin or Arabic (for international collaboration)
