Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Web3) for potential integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of futuristic system architectures.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to forecast industry trends and technological shifts.
- Oversee the creation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for high-priority 2026 initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure buy-in for long-term technological investments.
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance for the deployment of advanced AI systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong background in emerging technologies, specifically AI and futuristic computing paradigms.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
