Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological milestones and innovations for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead AI & Machine Learning Integration: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge AI models, neural networks, and automation into core business processes to drive efficiency.
- Emerging Tech Research: Continuously monitor, analyze, and evaluate emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Biotech, and Neurotech to determine their applicability.
- Architect Decentralized Systems: Design and advocate for cloud-native and decentralized architectures that ensure scalability and security.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical visions to the C-suite and board of directors, translating technical jargon into compelling business value.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure our current infrastructure is agile enough to support future technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: A proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into business strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and software development lifecycles.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a technical strategy, product management, or engineering leadership role.
- Quantum Readiness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and their potential impact on data security and processing.
