Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision and roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on emerging tech convergence.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing into core business operations.
- Establish and enforce comprehensive ethical frameworks for algorithmic transparency, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Monitor global trends in synthetic media, biotechnology, and autonomous systems to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical innovation with corporate sustainability and ESG goals.
- Advocate for responsible innovation across all departments, ensuring compliance with evolving global tech regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology consulting, executive leadership, or high-level R&D management.
- Proven expertise in AI ethics, machine learning governance, and emerging tech trend analysis.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or Strategic Business Administration (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Strong track record of navigating regulatory changes and ethical dilemmas in the technology sector.
- Demonstrated passion for the future of work, sustainability, and human-centric design.
