About the Role: Apex Horizon Systems is seeking a visionary Future Tech Strategist to lead our 2026 Visionary Initiative. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for forecasting emerging technologies and defining the strategic roadmap that will define our products and services in the year 2026 and beyond.
We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who can bridge the gap between current capabilities and future market needs. You will collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to ensure our technological trajectory aligns with global trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Planning process, identifying key technological breakthroughs expected over the next three years.
- Conduct deep-dive market research on emerging tech stacks, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Define the technical vision and long-term goals for the organization's roadmap.
- Present high-level strategy to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies intended for the 2026 launch cycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology initiatives 3-5 years into the future.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically those relevant to 2026 (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value.
