Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, Web3, neuro interfaces) and assess commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Present vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture methodologies
- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching scalable AI or quantum computing solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging tech frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical field preferred
- Certified in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transformation initiatives
- Experience with federal R&D grant applications (SBIR, DARPA)
