Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AGI, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal ideation programs targeting 2026 capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, or climate tech
- Track record of launching market-defining products with 5+ year vision cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience scaling teams from concept to production in regulated industries
