Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR).
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and marketing teams.
- Identify market trends and competitive threats to inform product development cycles.
- Oversee pilot programs and feasibility studies for disruptive technologies.
- Report quarterly progress and strategic milestones to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term product roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends and their potential business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
