Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with short-term deliverables.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) for strategic integration.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future solutions.
- Manage the R&D budget and measure the ROI of strategic technology investments.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define architectural standards for the future.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor activities to inform strategic pivots.
- Act as a thought leader, speaking at industry conferences and publishing whitepapers on future tech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and delivering complex technical solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, data analytics, and AI/ML paradigms.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
