Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market disruption initiatives identifying 3-5 emerging technologies with exponential growth potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech landscapes
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Future Studies, Technology Foresight, or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, STEEP analysis)
