Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and next-gen digital platforms
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategy
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary innovation lab with engineers and futurists
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M annually
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio of 2025+ tech impact assessments or trend reports
