- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers in prototype development
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems ensuring alignment with human values
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal incubation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent with published research in Nature/Science
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and practical applications
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level and investor audiences
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
