Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3.0)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for future product pipelines
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology adoption ROI and market disruption
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout next-gen startups and IP
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Author thought leadership on future tech trends and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Strategic certification (e.g., CTO School, INSEAD Tech Strategy)
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight projects
