Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech convergence

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with patent potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech applications
- Partner with venture capital teams to incubate spin-off ventures
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership on tech policy and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with research publications
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Prior work with DARPA/EU Horizon programs preferred
