Responsibilities

- Oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across all development cycles.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or system architecture.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with a focus on AI/ML libraries.
- Experience leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
