Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end technology strategy for the 2026 product vision, identifying emerging tech stacks and integration points.
- AI Integration: Oversee the design and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities into core product lines.
- Emerging Tech: Prototype and assess emerging technologies such as Spatial Computing, WebGPU, and Edge Computing to ensure future-proofing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team on innovative methodologies and advanced architectural patterns.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align engineering goals with business objectives.
- Scalability: Define and enforce technical standards that ensure system reliability, security, and scalability for global growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models, AI integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Roadmapping: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year technology roadmaps and delivering on-time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think critically about the future of tech and apply it to current business problems.
