Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge AI and Quantum systems capable of handling complex, predictive computations.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for the 2026 transition, ensuring our platforms remain ahead of industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, rapid prototyping, and forward-thinking problem solving.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, evaluating feasibility and potential impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management and design to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within high-tech environments.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Quantum Computing frameworks. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate technological shifts and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
