Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 5-year technology roadmap aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Lead architectural decisions for AI-driven platforms and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of innovation, conducting regular hackathons and deep-dive technical workshops.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering products.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Pilot emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) to validate feasibility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of cloud native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
