Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance product competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Drive innovation labs and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives focused on long-term scalability.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Monitor global tech shifts to ensure our architecture remains future-proof against disruption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep understanding of Predictive AI and machine learning models applied to enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to foresee industry shifts 3-5 years in advance.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
