Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026's emerging tech landscape (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven product roadmaps with 5-year vision
- Integrate ethical AI frameworks and sustainability metrics into all technical deliverables
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and R&D sprints with Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof coding practices and adaptive system design
- Present strategic tech blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two future-tech areas: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Published research or patents in future technology (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers through complex product lifecycles
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ projects with future-forward impact
