- Drive innovation sprints with cross-disciplinary teams (AI, IoT, Blockchain)
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability
- Prototype scalable solutions for enterprise clients in energy, healthcare, and logistics
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic tech visions to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Strong background in patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
