Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging fields (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives bridging software, hardware, and biological systems
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and patent research
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation lab teams while maintaining hands-on prototyping involvement
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Ensure all initiatives align with UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex problem-solving
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or sustainable innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain development stacks
