Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying high-impact emerging technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum Computing) and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects to validate new technologies and ensure our products remain at the bleeding edge of innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of technical architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and futuristic thinking.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all 2026 initiatives adhere to data privacy laws and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast technology trends and align them with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
