Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration and quantum computing readiness.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems that can withstand future market demands.
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and business units to translate strategic goals into technical blueprints.
- Assess and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) into existing infrastructure.
- Ensure security, compliance, and scalability across all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and data structures.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
