Responsibilities

- Future Tech Strategy: Conduct research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI) to inform our long-term product roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of legacy systems with next-gen AI frameworks, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency, throughput, and efficiency to meet the demands of real-time autonomous operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and technical audiences alike.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust; strong proficiency in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of designing systems that utilize Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing at scale.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, open-ended problems with creative, engineering-driven solutions.
