Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure tailored for high-frequency data processing and AI model deployment.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical milestones and strategies for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize Performance: Spearhead initiatives to reduce latency and improve system throughput using advanced microservices and containerization strategies.
- Innovate on AI Integration: Integrate large language models and predictive analytics into core workflows to automate complex decision-making processes.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership through rigorous code reviews and mentorship for junior developers and engineering interns.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in Kubernetes, AWS, and Docker.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and their deployment on cloud platforms.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system issues under pressure.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical vision from concept to production.
