In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and practical business application, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of the industry. You will define the technical and strategic vision that will define our operations in the coming years.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the organization, focusing on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Generative Systems leading up to 2026.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies before market deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and external partners to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable infrastructure architectures that enhance operational efficiency and data security.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years specifically in AI strategy or Future Tech architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects with measurable business impact.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent advanced technical certification is a plus.
