Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic development of our 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and next-gen interfaces.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of engineers and researchers to prototype and validate futuristic technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and investors to secure funding and alignment.
- Product Innovation: Drive the creation of disruptive products that will define the industry standards for the next decade.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit top-tier talent capable of pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and executing them successfully.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and adapt to rapidly changing technological landscapes.
