Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key innovations in Artificial Intelligence, Spatial Computing, and Next-Gen Cloud Infrastructure.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation software architectures and scalable frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate futuristic technologies into existing product lines.
- Assess emerging tech trends and evaluate their potential impact on business operations and long-term revenue streams.
- Oversee the deployment of high-impact pilot programs for experimental technologies.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders and non-technical leadership clearly and compellingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology initiatives and delivering results on strict timelines.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data science principles.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable, executable roadmaps.
- Strong leadership presence with experience managing distributed teams and remote engineering squads.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a compelling vision to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
