Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 initiative, identifying emerging technologies and frameworks to drive competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures designed for high performance.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects exploring cutting-edge AI, quantum computing, and next-gen UI paradigms.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements, future-proofing our infrastructure against evolving threats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML: Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI integration.
- Future Tech: Proven track record of researching and implementing futuristic technologies (e.g., WebGPU, Edge Computing, Autonomous Systems).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
