Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end development of the companyâs 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with broader business objectives.
- Architect Innovation: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that leverage emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and POCs (Proof of Concepts) on frontier technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Generative AI, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for the 2026 portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to drive technical decision-making and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the 2026 vision is understood and embraced across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and proactively integrate them into business strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
