Responsibilities
- Design and architect high-level systems that align with the 2026 technological roadmap, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable code.
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI models and machine learning pipelines that drive our core product innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to industry best practices and security standards.
- Identify emerging technologies (such as edge computing or neuromorphic hardware) and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects and cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language model integration.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
