Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design scalable, distributed systems architecture capable of supporting the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the adoption and integration of AI-driven automation and quantum computing concepts into our core stack.
- System Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy monoliths to microservices and serverless architectures to ensure future-proofing.
- Technical Vision & Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision, establishing best practices for security, performance, and code quality.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research and proof-of-concept development for emerging technologies (e.g., Web3, Edge Computing).
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a Senior Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-performance languages such as Go, Rust, or Java.
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with AI/ML model deployment and familiarity with edge computing paradigms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
