- Define and maintain the long-term technical roadmap specifically for the 2026 deployment cycle.
- Design scalable, high-availability microservices architectures capable of handling AI-driven workloads.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing interfaces, Neural Network optimization) into existing legacy systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and Generative AI model deployment.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year technology initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
