Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the long-term technical architecture roadmap aligned with our 2026 strategic vision and market trends.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-scale, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, R&D, and Security to integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, Edge Computing) into our core stack.
- Establish and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure, code quality, and DevOps pipelines to ensure operational excellence.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation, technical curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct technical due diligence on new tools and technologies to ensure they align with our long-term 2026 goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of AI integration patterns and data architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
