- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in biotech, climate tech, and AI governance

Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with proven experience in quantum-resistant cryptography and edge computing
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global tech regulations
