- Coordinate global engineering teams across 5 R&D hubs for synchronized innovation
- Architect blockchain-based supply chain transparency platforms for circular economies
- Validate system resilience against quantum decryption threats
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proven track record leading $10M+ tech transformation projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in future tech
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Google Quantum) or AI ethics frameworks
- Experience with sustainable tech lifecycle management (ISO 14001)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
