Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive macro-environmental analysis to forecast market trends, consumer behaviors, and technological advancements relevant to 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and articulate a compelling 2026 Strategic Vision, translating abstract concepts into actionable strategic roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to align short-term initiatives with long-term horizon goals.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities arising from AI, automation, and global market shifts.
- Present strategic insights to the C-suite and Board of Directors to drive high-level decision-making.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or futurism within the Technology sector.
- Proven track record of leading strategic transformation initiatives for organizations of significant scale.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Data Science, Economics, or Business Administration) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
- Fluency in emerging technologies, specifically regarding their potential impact on business models by 2026.
