Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for emerging tech roles, specifically focusing on Agentic AI, Quantum Computing, and Generative AI engineers.
- Future-Ready Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-looking recruitment roadmap for 2026, anticipating hiring needs based on market trends and technological advancements.
- AI-Driven Recruitment: Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and automation to streamline the candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
- Employer Brand Advocacy: Collaborate with marketing to position Nexus Horizon as the employer of choice for the next generation of tech talent.
- Data Analytics: Monitor recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve funnel conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years specializing in technical roles (SaaS, AI/ML, or Enterprise Software).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of the 2026 tech landscape, including familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and quantum algorithms.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling value propositions.
- Adaptability: A growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving work environment.
