Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models for complex enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary LLMs optimized for the high-performance standards of 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and robust safety guardrails in all model deployments.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs using advanced quantization and distributed training techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and drive technical roadmaps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
