Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
