Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer onboarding and lifecycle management process.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key accounts.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Develop and deliver training materials to help clients maximize platform value.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing Account Expansion revenue.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
