Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages to perfection
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash/transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all workstations
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and quality control
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing training for new brewing techniques and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and brewing methods
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS operations
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
