Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages including espresso, pour-overs, and seasonal creations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee equipment and service areas
- Manage POS transactions accurately while upselling premium products
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and quality control of coffee/merchandise
- Participate in ongoing product training and seasonal menu development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming techniques
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math accuracy for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Knowledge of specialty coffee origins and brewing methods a plus
