Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver personalized customer service with warm hospitality and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems while upselling seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Adhere to all health/safety standards and sustainable practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
