Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to recipe standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all coffee station areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Engage customers with product knowledge and community events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
